About Harmonyscape

The foundation for our designs consist of:

• We employ organic means to install and maintain all our plantings.

• We use natural elements for our hardscapes, furniture and outdoor accessories whenever possible.
• We strive to bridge the gap between people and Mother Earth through our designs by incorporating interactive elements, adding edibles, encouraging habitat, and providing interest for all seasons.

Maya Goer-Palenzuela

Owner

As an avid conservationist and naturalist, I am passionate about creating and maintaining outdoor spaces that delight.
Color, form, texture and continued "surprises" as the season unfold are my strengths in design. I create spaces that are visually constantly changing  through bloom sequence and change in temperatures.

With 12 years of solid experience as a landscape manager, foreman, and a head gardener, I found myself being seduced by landscape design as an evolving living art form.
My strong initiative, creativity, and exceptional sensitivity to detail have assisted my success in this field. Furthermore, I enjoy collaborating with local artisans, skilled workers and other plant nerds. Continuing to increase my knowledge in this ever changing field and put it into practice, keeps the tools in my toolbox sharp.
